2025학년도 전기 학위복 대여와 관련하여 다음과 같이 안내합니다.

 

■ 사전예약 : 2026.01.30.(금) 14:00 ~ 2026.02.08.(일) 18:00

※ 신청링크: https://forms.gle/LoWtMJNr5dH9LYMb6

사전예약기간 내 미신청시 당일 절대 대여불가

■ 대여일시 : 2026.02.11.(수) 오전/오후 택1

- 오전: 09:30~11:30 수령(12:30 까지 반납 마감)

- 오후: 13:00~15:00 수령(16:00 까지 반납 마감)

(졸업생 1인 1회 1벌만 대여 가능)

■ 장소 : 체육관 2층

■ 수령 및 반납절차

1) 수령 : 사전예약 목록 확인 및 개인 신분증 보관, 세탁비 및 대여료 납부 후 수령

※ 졸업생 개인별 수령 및 반납

※ 신청자 본인만 대여장소 출입

※ 오전/오후 각 마감시간 1시간 전까지 수령

※ 세탁비 및 대여료 : \10,000(현금)

2) 반납 : 학위복 확인 후 신분증 반환

※ 분실 시 배상책임

※ 현물반환자에게 신분증 반환예정 : 대리반환으로 인한 책임은 본인이 부담

※ 문의사항은 업체와 개별적으로 상의 요망

<Graduation Gown Rental Notice>

The following information is provided regarding the rental of graduation gowns for the February 2025 Graduation Ceremony.

■ Advance Reservation

  • Period: January 30, 2026 (Fri) 14:00 – February 8, 2026 (Sun) 18:00

  • Application Link: https://forms.gle/LoWtMJNr5dH9LYMb6

  • Important:
    Applicants who do not complete the advance reservation within the designated period will not be able to rent a gown on the day of the event under any circumstances.

■ Rental Date & Time

  • Date: February 11, 2026 (Wed)

  • Time: Choose one of the following sessions

    • Morning Session:

      • Pick-up: 09:30–11:30

      • Return deadline: by 12:30

    • Afternoon Session:

      • Pick-up: 13:00–15:00

      • Return deadline: by 16:00

※ Each graduate may rent one gown only, once.

■ Location

  • 2nd Floor, Gymnasium

 

■ Pick-up & Return Procedure

1) Pick-up

  • Confirmation of advance reservation

  • Submission of personal ID (to be held temporarily)

  • Payment of cleaning and rental fee

  • Gown issued after payment

※ Gowns must be picked up and returned in person by the graduate
※ Only the applicant is allowed to enter the rental area
※ Pick-up must be completed at least 1 hour before the end of each session
※ Cleaning & rental fee: KRW 10,000 (cash only)

2) Return

  • Gown condition checked upon return

  • Personal ID returned afterward

※ Compensation is required in case of loss or damage
※ IDs will be returned only upon physical return of the gown
※ Any responsibility arising from proxy returns lies with the applicant
