Core courses span financial management, marketing, accounting, strategic management, human resource management, and general management, all approached from a global perspective to prepare students for the high demand for skilled international business professionals. Upon meeting all graduation requirements, KIBS students earn a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with International Business Major.

KIBS students also have access to programs offered by KIBS and Kookmin College of Business Administration. Qualified students can participate in overseas internships, dual-degree programs, and study abroad opportunities. The school places a strong emphasis on internships, enabling students to start building their global careers as early as their sophomore year. For example, KIBS collaborates with esteemed global firms such as Apex Advisors, Uniquify, USK Manufacturing, Xeltek, Posco Daewoo, Berjaya Group, Cheil PengTai, and Li & Fung to provide overseas summer internships.
