Notice of Service Interruption Due to Information System Security Enhancement and Service Improvement

 

 

1. 정보시스템 보안 강화 및 서비스 개선 작업에 따른 서비스 중단 안내(12/27.토 ~ 28.일)

   가. 중단대상: 교내 유·무선 인터넷서비스 및 전체 정보서비스

   나. 중단기간 및 중단내용

       1) 25.12.27.(토): 교내 유·무선 인터넷서비스 간헐적 중단 발생

       2) 25.12.28.(일): 교내 전체 정보서비스 및 무선인터넷서비스 이용 일시중단

          ※ 웹메일은 외부 직접접속 주소(gmail.com)로 접속하여 서비스 이용 가능

   다. 기존의 무선랜(SSID: KMU, KMU(5G)) 서비스는 2025.12.27.(토).부로 종료되며,
       이후부터는 신규 무선랜(SSID: KMU_WiFi) 서비스만 이용가능

       → https://kookmin.kr/KMU_WiFi에서 신규 무선랜 전용 비밀번호 사전 등록 요망

 

This is to inform all members of the university community of a scheduled service interruption resulting from system security reinforcement and service improvement work.

2. Service Interruption Schedule

 (1) Saturday, December 27, 2025

    Intermittent disruptions to on-campus wired and wireless internet services

 

 (2) Sunday, December 28, 2025

    Temporary suspension of all university information services and wireless internet services

    Please note: Webmail (Gmail) will remain accessible via direct external access at https://gmail.com

 

3. Changes to Wireless Network Services

 (1) Termination of Existing Wireless Networks

    SSIDs: KMU, KMU(5G)

    Effective date: Saturday, December 27, 2025

 

 (2) Introduction of New Wireless Network Service

    New SSID: KMU_WiFi

    The previous SSIDs will no longer be available after the effective date.

    Users are requested to complete pre-registration of the dedicated password for the new wireless network.
