Notice on Summer 2026 Dormitory Registration and Housing Fee Payment

(For Current Spring Semester Dormitory Residents)

The Residence Hall Office announces the registration and housing fee payment schedule for students currently residing in the dormitory during the Spring 2026 semester.

1. Eligibility

• Students currently residing in on-campus dormitories during the Spring 2026 semester

2. Residence Period

• June 23, 2026 (Tue) – August 25, 2026 (Tue)
• Total: 64 days

3. Housing Fees

• Fees vary depending on dormitory building and room type.
• Cleaning fees are waived for current Spring semester residents staying during the summer term.

4. Payment Period

• May 18, 2026 (Mon) 15:00 – May 25, 2026 (Mon) 23:30

5. Payment Method

• Print the housing fee bill from the dormitory website and pay through the designated virtual bank account (Woori Bank).
• Installment payments are not allowed.

6. Important Notes

• Students who wish to continue living in the dormitory during the summer must complete the payment within the designated period. Failure to pay will be considered as cancellation of summer residence.
• Students planning to stay in the dormitory for the Fall 2026 semester may remain in the dormitory after summer if they complete the Fall semester dormitory fee payment during the designated period.
• Dormitory and room type changes are not permitted during the 2026 academic year.
• Early check-out refunds will be calculated based on the remaining days after deducting the cancellation fee.
