The application process for Customized Major recognition for Spring 2026 is as follows. Students who wish to apply must submit their application within the designated period.
1. What is a Customized Major?
- A system that allows students to take courses from other departments related to their career goals and have them recognized as credits for their 1st/2nd/3rd major upon advisor approval.
2. Recognition Criteria

| Eligibility | Students enrolled in the 5th semester or above as of Spring 2026 ※ Students on leave or graduating students are not eligible |
| Eligible Courses | Courses completed as “Major Elective” or “General Elective” outside the student’s major ※ Summer 2026 courses are not eligible |
| Ineligible Courses | Liberal arts courses, practicum courses, teacher certification courses, exchange program courses, and courses already recognized for another major/minor |
| Approval Requirements | Approval is granted only when the advisor evaluation score is 80/100 or higher |
| Recognized Category | Recognition available for 1st Major / 2nd Major / 3rd Major major electives only (max. 6 credits per major) |
| Required Course Substitution | Possible if course similarity is recognized |
| Notes | Approved courses cannot be retaken or reapplied for later |

4. Schedule for Customized Major Recognition
