1. Eligibility

• Students whom enrolled in / on leave up to the 8th semester
  (up to the 10th semester for Architecture students)

2. Available Departments

• Applications are open to all departments except the College of Education
• Day/night program transfers are not allowed
• Transfer students are not eligible
• Students on leave may apply during the approved leave period
• Applications may be restricted if the target department has no available openings
• Students cannot change majors within the same school after selecting their first major
• Students admitted with an undeclared major may apply within the same school

3. Application Method

• ONKookmin Portal → Academic Services → Major(Change) Application → Department Transfer Application
• Applicant photos will be replaced with the student ID photo on file
• A personal statement is required only for departments conducting written tests or interviews

• Evaluation is based on cumulative GPA earned through the Summer 2026 semester
• Academic records will be updated immediately after acceptance
• Previous grades earned before the transfer cannot be deleted
• Curriculum year will be adjusted according to completed semesters
• Students who admitted through the Undeclared Major and select their first major in 2025 (current 2nd-year students) will receive a separate notice regarding first major changes
