Summer Session 2026 Registration and Tuition Payment Notice

1. Tuition Payment

Payment Period

June 2 (Tue), 2026, 10:00 AM – June 5 (Fri), 2026, 5:00 PM

Payment Method

• Virtual account transfer (refer to the tuition bill)
• Payment at any Woori Bank branch
• Credit card payment is not accepted

Tuition Fee

• KRW 90,000 per credit

Available after 6:00 PM on June 1 (Mon)

Payment Confirmation

Course Withdrawal and Refund

Students must pay the full tuition amount for all registered courses during the payment period.

Courses may be withdrawn with a 100% refund before the start of classes:
June 18 (Thu), 10:00 AM – June 22 (Mon), 11:00 PM

3. Grades

• Summer Session grades are recorded separately.
• They are excluded from scholarship and academic probation calculations.
• Grading follows the University's Academic Regulations and course-specific policies.

4. Repeating a Semester

• From Fall 2026, semester repetition is available only during regular semesters.
• Seasonal session grades remain valid when repeating the previous one or two regular semesters.

5. Restriction on Enrollment in Parent-Taught Courses

Students may not enroll in courses taught by their parent.

If enrollment is unavoidable, the instructor must report the case to the Academic Affairs Team in advance and submit the required documents.

6. Additional Information

• No tuition fee is charged for Social Service III.
• Off-campus courses (Internship, SGE, Social Service III, etc.) follow the guidelines of the responsible department.
• Students on leave of absence cannot graduate through seasonal session credits alone and must complete at least one regular semester after returning.
