Please check your final graduation audit results and submit appeals if necessary during the designated period below. All eligible graduates for Late 2025 (Graduation Date: August 2026) must review their status.

1. How to Check Results

• Path: ON-Kookmin Portal → Academic Services → Graduation Information → Check Graduation Audit Results

• Items to Verify: Unearned credits/courses, graduation certification, graduation thesis, etc.

2. Viewing Period & Appeals

• Period: 2026.07.13.(Mon) 10:00 ~ 20.(Mon) 16:00 (Viewing is unavailable after this period)

• Examples for Appeals: Missing graduation certification/thesis submissions, errors in unearned credits for majors/minors, missing engineering certification requirements, etc.

3. Inquiry & Appeal Departments

• Primary Major & Minor: Primary Major Department Office

• Multi-Majors (2nd, 3rd, Interdisciplinary): Managing Department Office of the respective multi-major

• Engineering Certification: Innovation Center for Engineering Education or Primary Major Department Office

4. Important Notes

• Graduation Status: If your status is "Fail" or "Completion (수료)," you must check the reason for disqualification.

• Thesis/Certification Requirements: Students who fail the graduation thesis or do not meet department certification requirements cannot graduate.

• Minors/Multi-Majors: Even if you pass minor/multi-major requirements, you cannot earn them unless you also pass your primary major requirements.

• Engineering Certification: Students in the advanced engineering program must pass both general graduation and engineering certification requirements to graduate.

• Completion Students (수료생): Registration, leave of absence, and course registration are not available. You must fulfill the missing requirements within 2 years from the initial completion date, or you will be expelled.

• Expulsion Warning (August 2024 Completion): Students who completed coursework in August 2024 and receive a "Completion" status for this term will be expelled as of 2026.08.19.(Wed) due to expiration.

• Expulsion Warning (Academic Probation): Students with 3 consecutive academic probations up to the Spring 2026 semester who receive a "Fail" graduation status will be expelled as of late August 2026.

• Further Schedules: Schedules for course registration, tuition payment, and leave of absence for those delaying graduation or failing to meet requirements will be announced later on the website.
