하계방학 종합서비스센터 근무시간을 다음과 같이 안내하오니 이용에 착오 없으시기 바랍니다.

1. 하계 방학 기간 : 2026. 06. 23.(화) ~ 2026. 08. 14.(금)

• 근무시간 : 9:30 ~ 16:00

• 참고사항

  - 토요일, 일요일 및 공휴일은 휴무입니다.

  - 무인발급기 및 인터넷 증명은 연중무휴로 발급 가능합니다.

    1) 인터넷 발급 : 본교 홈페이지 → 대학생활 → 학생지원 → 증명서 발급 → 인터넷신청 → 증명서발급신청

    2) 무인발급기 운영 : 본교 본부관 1층 로비, 복지관 2층 우리은행 인출기 옆

2. 하계 방학 셧다운 기간 : 2026. 07. 27.(월) ~ 2026. 07. 31.(금) (5일간)

• 참고사항

  위 기간에는 종합서비스센터 전화연결(이메일 포함), 증명서 현장 발급,

  FAX 민원우편신청, 국내 및 해외우편 발송, 자동증명발급기 등

 모든 처리가 불가합니다.

 2026. 08. 03.(월)부터 정상적으로 가능합니다.

Announcement: One-Stop Service Center Operating Hours During Summer Vacation

 

Please guide your schedule according to the operating hours of the One-Stop Service Center during the summer vacation as outlined below.

1. Summer Vacation Period: 2026. 06. 23.(Tue) ~ 2026. 08. 14.(Fri)

• Operating Hours: 09:30 ~ 16:00

• Notes:

  • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.

  • Automated kiosks and online certificate issuance are available 24/7 year-round.

    1. Online Issuance: University Website → Campus Life → Student Support → Certificate Issuance → Online Application → Request Certificate

    2. Kiosk Locations: Lobby (1st Floor, Main Administration Building), Next to the Woori Bank ATM (2nd Floor, Student Welfare Center)

2. Summer Vacation Shutdown Period: 2026. 07. 27.(Mon) ~ 2026. 07. 31.(Fri) (5 Days)

• Notes:

  • During this period, all services will be suspended. This includes phone calls (including emails), in-person certificate issuance, FAX/civil mail applications, domestic/international postal mailing, and automated kiosks.

  • Normal operations will resume on 2026. 08. 03.(Mon).
