2026 Mekong Delta Sustainable Transition International Cooperation Solution Program – Call for Participants

1. Program Overview

  • Program: 2026 Mekong Delta Sustainable Transition International Cooperation Solution Program

  • Pre-Departure Training: Late November – December 2026

  • Program Dates: January 3 (Sun) – January 10 (Sun), 2027

  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas, Vietnam

Main Activities:

  • Academic exchange activities with Tra Vinh University and Saxion University of Applied Sciences

  • Field research and solution development (Hackathon) focusing on local challenges in energy, urban infrastructure, culture, and agriculture

  • Special PBL (Project-Based Learning) activities

2. Eligibility & Recruitment

  • Eligibility: Currently enrolled students at HUSS participating universities, including Kookmin University (KIBS)

  • Number of Participants: 5 students from Kookmin University

3. Application Information

  • Application Deadline: November 11 (Wed), 2026, by 5:00 PM

  • How to Apply: Complete the application form and submit it through Google Forms.

4. Selection Schedule

  • November 3–11, 2026: Application Submission

  • November 12–13, 2026: Document Screening Results Announcement and Interviews

  • November 16, 2026: Final Selection Announcement

  • November–December 2026: Pre-Departure Training and Special PBL Activities

  • January 3–10, 2027: Field Program in Vietnam

  • January 10–15, 2027: Final Report Submission and Satisfaction Survey

All participants must attend the entire program. The schedule is subject to change depending on circumstances.

5. Participation Fee

  • Estimated Student Contribution: KRW 300,000
