(4) 역할: 식량안보 주제관의 전시부스 안내 요원 

- 행사장 입구에서 장/차관 및 장차관 보좌관 포함 참석인원을 대상으로, 행사 안내. ID카드 발급. 식사 위치 안내. 좌석 안내. 등 수행

 

(5) 필요 역량 및 조건

- 수행통역/의전 순차통역 가능할 정도의 언어 역량 (간략 테스트 예정)

- 의전에 대한 거부감 없으신 지원자

- 행사 일정 동안 연속근무 가능하신 지원자

- 5-10분간 (주)커뮤니랩의 영어 인터뷰 진행 가능하신 지원자 (온라인 진행 예정)

- 오프라인 사전미팅/교육 가능하신 지원자 (2hr 정도 소요 예정)

- 주민번호 혹은 외국인등록번호 있으신 지원자 (세금신고 목적)

- 한국에 거래은행 있으시거나, 대신 송금 받을 수 있는 지인이 있는 지원자 (정산 목적)

2. APEC 장관 공항 영접 및 리에종 

(1) 모집유형: 장관 영접 및 의전 리에종 

(2) 모집인원 : 영어 리에종 19명, 일어 리에종 1명 

(3) 성별: 관계없음 / 국적: 한국인 

(4) 역할 

- 공항에서 20개국 장관을 맞이하고, 차량까지 안내

- 차량 조수석에서 동행하며 수행통역 

- 차량일지 작성 (몇일, 몇시에 어느 국가 장관이 차량 탑승해서 어느 호텔로 이동 etc)

(5) 필요 및 요구조건 

- 의전 경험 있는 지원자 (고위급 의전 경험 있으신 분) 

- 수행통역/의전 순차통역 가능할 정도의 언어 역량 (간략 테스트 예정)

- 의전에 대한 거부감 없으신 지원자

- 행사 일정 동안 연속근무 가능하신 지원자

- 5-10분간 (주)커뮤니랩의 영어 인터뷰 진행 가능하신 지원자 (온라인 진행 예정)

1. 2025 APEC Ministerial Meeting Event 

(1) Type of recruitment: Operators of the exhibition hall



(2) Number of people recruited: 15 people



(3) Gender/Nationality: Irrelevant 



(4) Role: Exhibition booth guide for the food security theme hall 

- At the entrance of the venue, the participants will implement the role as an information guide including issuance of ID cards, location of meals and seat guidance.



(5) Necessary Competencies and Conditions

- Language competency capable of performance interpretation/ protocol sequential interpretation (scheduled to be tested briefly)

- Applicants with no resistance to protocol

- Applicants who can work continuously during the event schedule

- Applicants who can conduct an English interview with Community Lab Co., Ltd. for 5-10 minutes (online scheduled)

- Applicants who can do offline pre-meeting/training (approximately 2hr)

- Applicants with resident or foreign registration numbers (for tax filing purposes)

- Applicants with a bank in Korea or acquaintances who can receive remittances instead (for calculation purposes)



(6) Preferential treatment

- Preferential treatment for excellent foreign languages (English) 

- Preferential business English speakers 

- Preferential treatment for those with experience in Liézong / hospitality 

- Preferential treatment for appearance

-900,000 won for 7 days (before the application of 3.3% of the original tax)



2. APEC Ministerial Airport Welcomes and Riézong 

(1) Type of recruitment: Ministerial reception and protocol 

(2) Number of recruits: 19 English Riézong and 1 Japanese Riézong

(3) Gender: Irrelevant / Nationality: Korean 

(4) Role 

- Greeting Ministers from 20 Countries at Airport, Guiding Vehicles

- Accompanying in the passenger seat of the vehicle, performance interpretation 

- Make a vehicle log (on what day and at what time a national minister rides a vehicle and moves to which hotel etc)

(5) Necessities and Requirements 

- Applicants with experience in protocol (high-level protocol) 

- Language competency capable of performance interpretation/ protocol sequential interpretation (scheduled to be tested briefly)

- Applicants with no resistance to protocol

- Applicants who can work continuously during the event schedule

- Applicants who can conduct an English interview with Community Lab Co., Ltd. for 5-10 minutes (online scheduled)
