Graduation Eligibility Audit for August 2026
All currently enrolled and completed students expecting to graduate in August 2026 (Late 2025 Cycle) must verify their status as a "Graduation Candidate" by following the instructions below.
1. Graduation Audit Overview

Target Graduation Date: August 2026 (Late 2025 Cycle)

Audit Outcomes:

Pass: The student graduates.

Fail (Requirements Not Met): Graduation is denied.

Fail (Audit Failed but Completion Requirements Met): The student becomes a "Course Completion" (수료) student instead of a graduate.

2. Eligibility Criteria (Examples)

General Enrolled Students: Those who have completed 8 or more semesters (including the current Spring 2026 semester).

Transfer Students: * Formula: [Semesters assigned at transfer + Semesters completed after transfer – 1] ≥ 8.

Example: A student who transferred as a junior (5th semester) and has completed 4 semesters at this university (5+4-1=8) is eligible.

Readmitted Students:

Formula: [Semesters assigned at readmission + Semesters completed after readmission – 1] ≥ 8.

Early Graduation: Students who have applied and been approved for early graduation (6th or 7th semester).

Combined Bachelor’s/Master’s: Students maintaining their status in the combined program (7th semester).

Existing Completed Students (수료생): All students currently in "Completion(수료)" status as of Spring 2026.
Note: Students who have repeated a year (유급) must complete additional semesters corresponding to the repeated period.
3. How to Check Your Status

Portal Path: ON-Kookmin Portal → Academic Services → Graduation Info → Graduation Candidate/Result Check

Confirmation Message: Please ensure the message "You are a candidate for the August 2026 Graduation Audit" is displayed.

Action Required: If you meet the eligibility criteria but see the message "No data available," you must contact your Department Office or the Academic Affairs Team immediately.
