2026 Summer Session Academic Notice
1. Eligibility
- Target: Students enrolled or on academic leave during the Spring 2026 semester.
- Restriction: Students on military leave are ineligible.
- Note: Students on leave cannot graduate immediately after the summer session; they must return and complete at least one regular semester to be eligible for graduation.
2. Instruction Period
- Dates: June 23 (Tue) – July 13 (Mon), 2026 (15 days of regular classes).
- Note: Off-campus programs follow their own specific schedules.
3. Academic Schedule
- Online Demand Survey: May 12 (Tue) 10:00 – May 13 (Wed) 16:00
- Course Cart (Wishlist): May 19 (Tue) 10:00 – May 21 (Thu) 16:00
- Course Registration: May 26 (Tue) – May 28 (Thu), 10:00 – 16:00 daily
- Tuition Payment: June 2 (Tue) 10:00 – June 5 (Fri) 17:00
- Course Cancellation Announcement: 1st (June 1), 2nd (June 10)
- Course Instruction: June 23 (Tue) – July 13 (Mon)
4. Course Enrollment & Credits
- Restriction: You cannot register for courses you are currently taking in Spring 2026.
- Credit Limits: Max 6 credits for enrolled students; Max 3 credits for students on leave.
- Tuition: 90,000 KRW per credit.
- Cancellation Policy: Courses with fewer than 15 students at any stage (survey, registration, or payment) will be cancelled.
5. Refund Policy
- Before classes start (June 18 am 10:00~June 22 pm 11:00): 100% Refund
- Within 1/5 of class days (June 23 am 01:00~June 25 pm 11:00): 80% Refund
- Within 1/2 of class days (June 26 am 01:00~July 2 pm 11:00): 50% Refund
- After 1/2 of class days (After July 2 pm 11:00): Non-refundable
6. Academic Retention (Repeating a Year/Semester)
- Starting from 2nd semester of 2026, retention requests are only applicable to regular semesters. Summer session grades remain fixed even if the preceding regular semester is repeated.
7. Parent-Child Course Restriction
- Students are prohibited from taking courses taught by their parents. If unavoidable, a "Prior Disclosure Form" must be submitted to the Academic Affairs Team.
8. System Failure Protocols
- In case of a server error announced by the IT department:
- Failure within 30 mins: System stops and all previous registrations are voided.
- Failure after 30 mins: System stops but existing registrations are maintained.
9. Registration Misconduct

- Penalty: Detected students will have all registered courses deleted and may face disciplinary action.
10. Grade Check & Appeals
- Period: July 14 (Tue) 10:00 – July 16 (Thu) 11:00 (Tentative).
