AY 2026 Notice on Summer Session Tuition Refunds

[Jun.15.(Mon) 10-17 Final schedule]

Students who wish to withdraw from Summer Session courses and receive a tuition refund may apply as follows.

1. Course Cancellation

• No courses were cancelled after the second closure review.

※ Final Additional Registration: June 15, 2026 (Mon), 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Strictly No registration will be accepted after this period.)

2. Refund Application

How to Apply

ON Kookmin → Portal → Student Services → Registration Information → Summer Session Refund Application

• Select the course(s) to withdraw and submit the refund request (partial or full refund available).
• Bank account verification is required.
• Approved refund requests cannot be modified or cancelled.
• Refund processing may take approximately 2–3 weeks after approval.

Refund Schedule

※ Refund applications cannot be submitted during bank maintenance hours (11:00 PM–1:00 AM) due to account verification restrictions.
