Notice on Academic Repetition (Yu-geup) Application for 2026 2nd Semester

Students who wish to apply for Academic Repetition (Yu-geup), which allows the re-completion of the most recent one or two regular semesters, may apply as follows.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled students
• Students on leave of absence may apply after their return to school has been approved

Application Period

July 6, 2026 (Mon), 10:00 AM – July 24, 2026 (Fri), 10:00 PM

※ University information systems and wired/wireless networks will be temporarily unavailable from July 27, 2026 (Mon) to August 2, 2026 (Sun).

Application Method

ON Kookmin Portal → Academic Services → Academic Repetition Application

Approval Result

Approved applications will be reflected in the ON Kookmin Portal after 4:00 PM on August 4, 2026 (Tue).

Important Notes

• Not available to graduation review candidates, students who have completed coursework, or students exceeding the maximum semesters.
• Only regular semesters are eligible; summer/winter sessions are not eligible.
• Academic warnings from the repeated semester(s) will also be removed.
• A maximum of two applications may be made during enrollment.
• Grades earned through course retakes may be deleted if the relevant semester is repeated.
• International/domestic exchange, internships, overseas programs, military credit courses, and similar off-campus academic records are not eligible for academic repetition.
