 Leave of Absence and Return from Leave for 2026 2nd Semester

The Office of Academic Affairs would like to inform students of the application schedule for leave of absence and return from leave for the Fall 2026 semester.

Return from Leave of Absence

  • Regular Application Period: July 6 (Mon) – July 24 (Fri), 2026
  • Additional Application Period: August 3 (Mon) – August 31 (Mon), 2026

Students are strongly advised to apply during the regular application period. Please note that return applications will not be accepted after the additional application period.

Leave of Absence

  • Regular Application Period: July 6 (Mon) – July 24 (Fri), 2026
  • Additional Application Period: August 3 (Mon) – November 29 (Sun), 2026

Course Registration Schedule

  • Course Wish List Period: August 5 (Wed) – August 7 (Fri), 2026
  • Course Registration Period: August 12 (Wed) – August 26 (Wed), 2026

How to Apply

Access the ON Kookmin Portal (portal.kookmin.ac.kr) and navigate to:

Academic Services → Academic Records → Leave/Return Application
