본신청은 등록금 고지서에 반영되는 방식으로 본신청 후 소득구간 산정이 늦어져 등록금고지서 감면을 받지 못할 경우 반드시 추가신청에 다시 한번 더 신청 하시기 바랍니다.

 

2026학년도 2학기 면학장학금 본신청 안내

1.신청대상(가,나,다,라 동시 충족조건임)

가. 2026학년도 2학기 등록예정자(재학생,복학생)

나. 2026학년도 2학기 국가장학금 신청자(수혜여부와 상관없이 반드시 "신청"해야함.)

다.직전학기 취득학점(계절학기 제외)이 15학점이상

  (졸업이수학점이 120인 대상 학부(과)는 14학점/최종직전학기는9학점이상)

라.직전학기 신청학점 평점평균이 2.0이상인 학생

마.직전학기 유급 신청한 학생의 경우, 유급과 상관없이 유급성적으로 적용함.

 

2. 신청기간 : 2026.07.02.(목) 10:00 ~ 2026.07.17.(금) 16:00

 

3. 신청방법 : ON국민 포털 로그인 후 → 상단 메뉴 중<포털> → <학생서비스> → <장학정보> → 

               <장학신청> → <2026학년도 2학기 면학장학금 본신청> 선택 후 온라인으로 신청

 

4. 선발 유의사항

  가. 선발시점(2026.07월 중) 국가 소득구간 산출자에 한하여 선발이 가능

      ※ 소득구간 미산출 등으로 선발되지 않은 학생들은 개강 후 있을 추가신청에 꼭 다시 재신청요망

  나. 학기별 예산 범위 내에서 가계곤란 정도에 따라 우선선발

 

5. 제출 서류 : 없음

 

6. 장학금 지급 방법 : 등록금 고지서 반영

   ※ 본신청 자 중 등록금 고지서 미반영 자는 개강 후 추가신청에 꼭 다시 재신청요망

 

7. 휴학생은 장학금이 소멸되며(단 성적장학금은 수혜자격을 복학 학기로 이월함), 

   장학금을 수혜하고 등록 한 휴학생은 휴학신청 기간과 관계없이 교내 장학금을 전액 환수함.

 

8. 신청사유 작성 후 저장 및 신청화면 하단의 “신청하기” 버튼을 클릭 해야 최종 신청됨. 

※ 반드시 신청사유 저장 후  꼭 신청하기 버튼을 클릭하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Important Note: This scholarship is applied directly as a tuition bill deduction. If your income quintile (소득구간) is not calculated in time and the deduction is not reflected on your tuition bill, you must apply again during the additional application period.

1. Eligibility (Must meet conditions A, B, C, and D simultaneously)

• A. Students planning to register for the Fall Semester 2026 (Enrolled or Returning students).

• B. Applicants for the KOSAF National Scholarship for the Fall Semester 2026 (You must apply for the National Scholarship, regardless of whether you actually receive it).

• C. Earned at least 15 credits in the previous semester (excluding summer/winter sessions).

  • For departments requiring 120 credits for graduation: 14+ credits required / For the final semester right before graduation: 9+ credits required.

• D. A GPA of 2.0 or higher in the previous semester.

• E. For students who applied to repeat a semester (유급), the grades from that semester will be used regardless of the repetition status.

2. Application Period

• July 2, 2026 (Thu) 10:00 – July 17, 2026 (Fri) 16:00

3. How to Apply

• Log in to ON-Kookmin Portal → Select [Portal] from the top menu → [Student Services] → [Scholarship Info] → [Scholarship Application] → Select [Main Application for Myeonhak Scholarship, Fall Semester 2026] and submit online.

4. Selection Notes

• A. Only students whose income quintiles are finalized by the selection period (during July 2026) can be selected.

  • Students who are not selected due to delayed income quintile calculation must re-apply during the additional application period after the semester starts.

• B. Selection priority is given based on financial need within the budget limits of each semester.

5. Required Documents

• None

6. Payment Method

• Deducted directly from the tuition bill.

  • If the deduction is not reflected on your tuition bill, you must re-apply during the additional application period after the semester starts.

7. Policy for Leave of Absence (휴학)

• Scholarships will be canceled for students on a leave of absence (Exception: Merit-based scholarships will be deferred to the semester of return).

• If a student takes a leave of absence after registering and receiving a scholarship, the institutional scholarship will be fully retrieved, regardless of when the leave of absence was requested.

8. Finalizing Application

• You must write the reason for application, click "Save", and then click the "Apply (신청하기)" button at the bottom of the screen to complete your submission.
